तुलसीपुर - दाङ तुलसीपुर–४ रक्षाचौरस्थित गुरुजजुर माविले चार शय्याको स्वास्थ्य कक्ष स्थापना गरेको छ। बिरामी परेका विद्यार्थीलाई उपचार गर्नका लागि उक्त शय्या स्थापना गरिएको हो। विद्यालयले नै चार लाख रुपैयाँ लगानी गरेर विद्यालयमा चार वटा शय्या सञ्चालनमा ल्याएको हो।
विद्यालयका सहायक प्रधानाध्यापक प्रमोद न्यौपानेका अनुसार विद्यालयमा दैनिक १५/२० विद्यार्थी बिरामी हुन थालेपछि विद्यालयले आफैँले उपचारका लागि शय्या, प्राथमिक उपचारका सामग्री तथा औषधि खरिद गरेको हो। “अस्पतालमा दैनिक १५/२० विद्यार्थी बिरामी पर्न थाले”, उनले भने, “त्यसपछि हामीले आफ्नै लगानीमा चार शय्या स्थापना गरेर उपचार गर्न थालेका हौँ ।”
शय्या स्थापना गरेपछि विद्यार्थीलाई उपचारमा सहज भएको उनको भनाइ छ। तुलसीपुरस्थित राप्ती प्रादेशिक अस्पतालको सल्लाह अनुसार बिरामी विद्यार्थीलाई उपचार गर्ने गरिएको उनले बताए। विद्यार्थी सामान्य बिरामी भएपछि स्कुलमै उपचार गर्ने गरिएको छ। “अहिले स्वास्थ्यसँग सम्बन्धित शिक्षकले नै विद्यार्थीलाई उपचार गर्ने गरिएको छ”, उनले भने, “हामीले स्वास्थ्यकर्मी माग गरिरहेका छौँ, तर, पाउन सकिएको छैन ।”
सरकारले एक विद्यालय, एक स्वास्थ्यकर्मीको नीति ल्याए पनि त्यो कार्यान्वयन हुन सकेको छैन। पटक–पटक उपमहानगरपालिका र प्रदेश सरकारलाई जानकारी गराउँदा पनि यस विषयमा कुनै चासो नदिएको सहायक प्रधानाध्यापक न्यौपानेले बताए।
वडाभित्रका स्वास्थ्य संस्थामा रहेका एक जना स्वास्थ्यकर्मीलाई भए पनि विद्यालयमा काजमा खटाएमा विद्यार्थीलाई उपचार गर्न निकै सहज हुने उनको भनाइ छ। अहिले सामान्य उपचार हुने गरेको भए पनि अलि बढी समस्या हुने बिरामीलाई प्रादेशिक अस्पताल वा बिरामीका आफन्तको इच्छाअनुसार विद्यालयबाट उपचारका लागि पठाउने गरिएको छ। यदि स्वास्थ्यकर्मी भए विद्यालयमै उपचार गर्न सकिने भन्दै यसतर्फ सम्बन्धित निकायले ध्यान दिनुपर्ने उनले बताए।
अहेब वा अनमी पठाए पनि आफूहरुलाई सहज हुने शिक्षक अभिभावक सङ्घका अध्यक्ष ईश्वरीप्रसाद गैरेले बताए।अहिले बिरामीलाई विद्यालयबाट थप उपचारका लागि महँगो शूल्क तिनुपर्ने अवस्था छ। आर्थिक अवस्था कमजोर भएका केही विद्यार्थीलाई विद्यालयले नै उपचार खर्चसमेत दिने गरेको छ। विद्यालयमा शिशुदेखि कक्षा १२ र वनबाली विज्ञान सङ्कायमा गरी दुई हजार तीन सय विद्यार्थी छन्। त्यसमा ३० न्यून दृष्टि भएका विद्यार्थी छन्। रासस
